RDA Logo and CAI RS Seal Designs:

• RDA 3 Dimensional E-Mail Heading & Closing (doc) - Download and customize this useful template for your E-mail documents.
• RDA Logo Designs (doc) - This collection of RDA logo designs contains both "camera ready" artwork, and various additional greyscale and colored designs in two and three dimensional formats.
• RDA EXCELLENCE Banner (pdf)
• Avant Guard font (download) - The preferred type style for the "Reserve Data Analysis" name is Avant Guard.  If you do not have this font on your computer, you can download it here.  Just download this file, "avantguard.ttf" directly to your computer and place a copy in your Windows "Fonts" file folder, usually the C:\WINDOWS\FONTS directory.
• RDA Official CAI "RS Seals" - Download a three color copy of your CAI RS Seal.  This file is in Word format and once downloaded, each seal can be copied, placed and resized in any document of your choice.

RDA Standard Letter Program:

The following downloads contain the "RDA Standard Letter Macro Program" and corresponding templates.  If you are not using this program, you should give it a try.  If you are, you know this to be true as it has saved you countless hours in the production of most of our standard letters and contracts.

The full instructions for installing the download are located in the "Letter Program Installation Instructions" file.  You should download and print these instructions first:

Next, download, SAVE and "unzip" or "extract" the following two folders:

RDA Forms:

• Facsimilie Cover Sheet Form (pdf) - This editable "Fax" form is presented as an example and can be completely customized for your individual offices using the Pagemaker and Adobe Acrobat programs. 

Miscellaneous Files and Information:

• RDA Reserve Management Software Section 1 and 3 Making Changes.  This file describes how you can completely customize Sections 1 & 3 in your RDA printed report.
